Refund and Return Policy

We have a 7-day replacement and refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to return it and ask for a replacement/refund, if applicable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace our products if they are defective, damaged or in case of any size issue. If you need to exchange it for the same product, confirm the address by sending an email to support@knitdomain.com  or WhatsApp to +9181291 57180. The customer is expected to return the product on their own in case of exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund (if applicable)
We offer a refund only in case our product is in damaged condition or defective when the customer receives it.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you need a refund, confirm the address by sending an email at support@knitdomain.com  or messaging +9181291 57180. The customer is expected to return the product on their own in case of a refund.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
